Welcome at my photo gallery about the
First production Fokker F27 now known as PH-FHF

Hello you petrol heads, other old aviation buggers and Fokker friends.

With an enormous amount of joy i present you this gallery about the very first production Fokker F27 Friendship or as we know it the F5(cn.10105)
Which made it first flight on March 23 1958 and was delivered to Aer Lingus as AE-AKA on November 19 of that same year.
It was re-registered as ZK-NAH on July 19 1966 and operated by Air New Zealand LTD till September 01 1981 after which it became VH-NLS first in the hands of Australian Aircraft Sales and from December 25 1885 operated by Aircruising Australia LTD.
A new organization called The Fokker Heritage Flight consisting out of the Dutch Aviation Theme Park Aviodrome and The Fokker Friendship Association got the idea to buy this aircraft and bring it back to the Netherlands.
So it happened that on December 15 2004 around 15:00 hours VH-NLS arrived in the sky near Lelystad where we teamed up for an Air to Air photoshoot, the story(in Dutch only) written by Jan Maasdam who fly the last leg from Corfu can be found here while I'll show you some of the images here in this gallery.
After the arrival Fokker Services took care of the necessary maintenance and the QAPS paintshop agreed to take care of the paint job.
This is the story of a remarkable F27 in a nut shell and what you can expect to find in this gallery. So i hope you will enjoy this gallery including the remark underneath every photo and book your pleasure flight sometime soon.
